1. The tenant must be diligent and take good care of the Property, including its internal and external equipment and facilities. The tenant is responsible for damages caused by the tenant and his/her guests. In case of damage, the tenant must notify the landlord by email without undue delay.
2. The house is a NON-SMOKING house. Do not leave cigarette butts anywhere in the house or on the rest of the Property.
3. Outdoors shoes may only be worn in the entrance and kitchen area. Please take them off before entering the rest of the house.
4. No more than 11 people may stay in the house without specific approval from the landlord.
5. The tenant may not let any third party use the Property.
6. The Property must be left in tidy condition in accordance with the instructions in the information binder located in the house. The water- and heating system must also be operated and left in accordance with the instructions in the information binder. The main key to the house must be left in the key box.
7. Waste must be sorted into plastic, paper, metal, glass and other household waste. Only domestic waste must be placed in the outdoor trash. The rest is taken to recycling containers available e.g. at ICA Maxi's parking space in Bromölla.
8. The tenant can check in from 2 p.m. on the first day of the rental period. The tenant must leave the Property no later than 10 a.m. on the last day of the rental period.
9. Cancellation can only be made by email to the landlord. If the rental is cancelled more than 30 days prior to commencement of the rental period, prepayments will be reimbursed to the tenant minus the equivalent of DKK 750. In case of later cancellation, 50% of the rent for the full rental period will be charged. In case of cancellations 72 hours or less before the commencement of the rental period or if the tenant does not show up, the full rent will be charged. Deposit paid will be reimbursed to the tenant no later than 14 days after the last day of the rental period, less any damages for which the tenant is responsible.
